Kiki is an exclusive, invite-only sublet club primarily serving a community of women, trying to solve this exact problem. About You:
You're a junior designer fresh out of college waiting to break into the startup scene with an eagerness to learn and a passion for solving social problems. You have a solid foundation in design and thrive off working as close as possible to the community and customers. You succeed in a dynamic and adaptable environment and demonstrate resilience and proactivity. You have high intellectual and emotional intelligence that allows you to excel in roles requiring you to work both independently and collaboratively as a team. Most importantly, your ability to connect with people and solve problems creatively makes you an ideal candidate for our team.
Your Role:
This role has two focuses: customer engagement (80%) and product design (20%)
- Customer Experience Specialist: From Monday to Thursday, 6-10 PM, you will manage user interactions via Instagram DMs during our peak activity hours, facilitating matches and ensuring a positive and engaging user experience.
- Junior Designer: Design work will start in early October, you will provide ad hoc support to our senior designer. This is a pivotal role for integrating user feedback into actionable design improvements, tailored to meet our users’ needs.
This position allows for remote work or can be with the team in our NYC office.
